The value provided by QuikVal^SM is based solely on the information that you provide us and its use is limited by the General Limiting Conditions contained on this web site and in our reports, as those conditions may be revised from time to time. QuikVal^SM uses a methodology and proprietary algorithms that provide our clients with the center point of a value range for their businesses; that range will vary depending on the information provided to us and on the assumptions made in the processing of such information. By using this Site, you understand and acknowledge that QuikVal^SM and its affiliates are not advising you concerning the sale prospects of your business. QuikVal^SM will use reasonable efforts to preclude the disclosure of your confidential financial information in any form that will allow it to be identified and/ or associated with a client.

Any dispute with us must be resolved by arbitration that (1) is conducted using the rules of the American Arbitration Association, (2) uses the substantive laws of the State of Kansas, and (3) is conducted in Johnson County, Kansas, USA.

FEEDBACK: While QuikVal^SM appreciates hearing from our valued customers and friends, to avoid any misunderstanding, anything that you send to QuikVal^SM, including ideas, suggestions, and proposals, becomes the property of QuikVal^SM without any right of compensation, and you hereby waive any claim thereto.
